Set 1:

  • 8 x 100m FS Pull on 2:00
    ODD – breath every 3 1st 50, every 5 2nd 50
    Even – breath every 2 1st 50, every 4 2nd 50
    and every 2nd Even alternate sides Left – Right
  • 100 Easy

Set 2:

  • 6 x 150m swum as
    100 solid on 10 sec rest
    50 Faster on 20 sec rest
    (100’s on 1:40, 50’s on 1:00)

Swim Down:  100m
