Set 1:  1000m EN-1

  • 200 IM
  • 200 FS Pull with paddles
  • 200 BK (100 with paddles)
  • 200 BR (100 with paddles)
  • 200 IM
  • 50 Easy

Set 2:  EN-2

  • 6 x 50m FS on 1:00, swim 35-37
  • 100 Easy
  • 4 x 50m BK on 1:15, swim 45-50
  • 100 Easy

Set 3:  Speed

  • 4 x (25m FS Sprint, 25 Easy) on 1:30

Swim Down:  400 Easy
