1500m Time Trial for Steph

Warm Up:  500m Mix

  • 100m FS to set target initial pace of 1:35

Main Set:

  • 1500m FS
    Goal – under 1:35/100 pace
    Attempt to pick up after 1000m
    Steph 23:15 … 1:33/100 pace – held 1:35/100 for first 800, then picked up to 1:30/100
    (same time for IP and DB – in pacing role)
    RH – 22:33

Set 2:

  • 8 x (25m Build to Sprint, 25 Easy)
    2x for each IM stroke

Swim Down 100 Easy

(Should have done 2-300m Easy after 1500)
