Warm Up:  600m+ to 6:10

Set 1: EN-1 1200m + 200m Kick

  • 200 FS Pull on 3:30
  • 100 Scull on 2:30
  • 2 x 100 FS on 1:45
  • 2 x 50 Kick on 1:15
  • 200 BK Pull on 4:00
  • 100 Scull on 2:30
  • 2 x 100 BK on 2:00
  • 2 x 50 Kick on 1:15
  • 2 x 100 IM on 2:00

Set 2:  EN-1/2 450m

  • 3 x (
      50 IM seq on 1:15
      100 FS on 1:45 solid)
  • 50 Easy

Set 3:  EN-2 200m

  • 4 x 50 FS @ EN-2 Speed on 10 sec

Swim Down:  200m+
