  • 200 IM Drill

Kick:

  • 2 x 100 Fins Kick (FS no board, BK/FS mix)
  • 50 Kick FS with board

Set 1:  EN-1

  • 3 x 100 FS on 1:45
  • 2 x 100 BK on 2:15
  • 3 x 100 FS on 1:45
  • 4 x 100 IM on 2:00

Set 2:  LAP

  • 4 x 25 IM Sprint on 45
