  • 400 FS Fins on 6:00
  • 100 BK Fins on 2:00
  • 400 FS Pull on 6:30
  • 100 BK on 2:00
  • 400 FS on 6:30
  • 100 BK on 2:00
  • 50 Easy

Kick:  250m

  • 100 FS Kick
  • 3 x 50 Kick (FS-BK-FS)
  • 50 Easy

EN-2:  600m

  • 6 x 100 FS on 1:40, swim ~1:25
  • 100 Easy

LAP:  100m

  • 4 x (25 FS Sprint from Dive, walk back)

Swim Down:  200m
