FS Tech:

  • 25 Drill/Focus, 25 Swim
    – Early Breath
    – High Elbow Right
    – High Elbow Left
    – Head Down
    – Finish Stroke
    – Stroke closer to Centerline
  • 100 Scull
  • 50’s of each focus above
  • 100 Scull
  • 2 x 100 FS Pull
  • 2 x 100 FS Fins
  • 2 x 100 FS

Kick:

  • 6 x 50’s Kick on 20 sec or so

IM:

  • 6 3 x 50 IM Seq on 1:15

Fast:

  • 4 1 x (25 FS Fast, 25 Easy)

Swim Down:  200m 50m
