  • 4 x (50 BK Sprint, 100 Easy) on 4:00
    act 35, 36, 37, 38
  • 4 x (25 BK Sprint on 40)
    needed some recovery before these 4x 25 – they were flat
  • 100 RECOV

LA Tol Kick:  100m

  • 3 x (33m BK Kick Sprint,  easy kick rest of 50, 50 easy)
