East Bayfield – 11am-1pm session – tough for training – lots of slow swimmers
Did managed to get in all but 300m of Swim Down

Last week of Race Prep before Taper – Shift to Broken Swim Race Pace
No block starts due to left ankle issue

Warm Up:  800m

Aerobic Kick:  500m

  • 2 x 100 BK Kick on 2:30
  • 2 x 50 BK Kick on 1:15
  • 2 x 50 BR Kick on 1:15
  • 2 x 50 FS Kick on 1:20
  • 50 Easy

EN-1:  200m

  • 2 x 100 BK on 2:00, swim 1:38-1:40

EN-1/2:  150m

  • 6 x 25 BK on 45, desc from 23 sec
  • 50 Easy

Race Pace for 100 BK:  400m

  • 4 x [
    – 4 x (25 BK on 30 sec, swim 17-18)
    (18,18,19,20), (18, 19, 19, 20), (17, 19, 20, 21), (19, 19, 19, 18)
    – 200 easy ]

Recovery:  300m

Race Pace for 50 FS:  150m

  • 3 x [
    – 2 x (25 FS on 30 sec, swim 13-14)
    – 150 Easy ]

Race Pace for 50 BR:  100m

  • 2 x [
    – 2 x (25 BR on 35 sec, swim 18-19)
    – 150 easy ]

Swim Down:  300m
