  • 3 x (50 BR-FS) on 1:00
  • 50 Easy
  • 2 x 100 IM on 2:00

LAP:

  • 4 x (25 Sprint, 25 Easy)
    dive start – 2x FS, 2x BK

Swim Down:  300m
