Specifics – WK 3/8 Thursday

Collingwood 6am

Warm Up:

  • 4 x 200 Choice
    (swim, pull, kick, FS/BK)

Set 1:

  • 12 x 50 on 60 sec
    1-4 IM Drill
    5-8 IM Seq
    9-12 50 of IM

Set 2:

  • 8 x 100 IM Kick on 2:10
    Ha ha … I got 7 in by taking 10 sec rest

Set 3:

  • 6 x 200 on 4:00
    each 200 was different with a mix of IM strokes, pull and kick
    really hard – had to skip a couple 50’s
