    – 50 Drill, 50 Swim on 2:00
    – 50 Swim, 50 Swim 5 sec faster on 2:00

Set 2:

  • 8 x 50 on 60 sec targeting:
    – 2 x 50 swim 40
    – 2 x 50 swim 39
    – 2 x 50 swim 38
    – 2 x 50 swim 37
  • 8 x 50 on 70 sec as follows
    – 2 x 50 Build
    – 2 x 50 as 25 easy, 25 fast
    – 2 x 50 as 25 fast, 25 easy
    – 2 x 50 as Blast 25, 25 easy

Set 3:

  • 6 x 75 Kick on 2:10
