LA Tol:

  • 100 BK for time  – 1:21 – not so good
  • 200 easy
  • 50 BK for time  – 37 – better
  • 200 easy

EN-1/2/Kick:

  • 4 x (25 FS Kick, 50 FS Swim, 25 FS Kick) on 2:15
  • 4 x 50 FS desc 1-4

LA Tol:

  • 2 x [2 x 25 FS on 30, 50 easy]
  • 100 easy

Power:

  • 2x BK Dive breakout, easy back  – 2x BK, 2x FS

Swim Down:  300m
