  • 4x 100 BK on 2:00 – 2Pull, 2Swim

EN-2:

  • 4x 50 FS on 1:00, swim <40
  • 4x 50 BK on 1:05, swim <45

LAP:

  • 8x (25 Dive Sprint with Turn, 28 easy) on 1:30
    4x FS, 4x BK
