Warm Up:  600

  • 200 swim
  • 200 kick
  • 200 pull

Set 1:  1000

  • twice through the following :
    – 4 x 50 FS on 1:00
    – 4 x 50 BK on 1:00
    – 2 x 50 BK starting with 15m underwater on 1:00
  • 50 easy

Set 2:  400

  • 4 x 25 FL on 40sec
  • 4 x 25 BK on 40sec
  • 4 x 25 BR on 40sec
  • 4 x 25 FS on 40sec
  • 50 easy

Set 3:  400

  • 400 FS Pull (300 with paddles, 100 no paddles)
