EN-3:  200m

  • 4 x 50 FS on 55, swim 35-37 (all 36-37 … increase to 5 and then 6x)
  • 100 easy

LAP:  100m

  • 4 x (25 easy, 25 Sprint) on 1:15

LAP Kick:  50

  • 25 FS Sprint kick, 25 easy
  • 25 BK Sprint Kick, 25 easy

Power:  50

  • 4 x 12.5m dive/breakout

Swim Down:  200m
