Collingwood Early Morning Session

Warm Up:  550m

Set 1:  600m

  • 6 x 100m on 2:00
    1, 3, 5 swim FS breathing 3, 5, 7 continuously
    2, 4, 6 swim BK (or IM)

Set 2:  600m

  • 2 x 300m FS Pull on 5:00

Set 3:  400m

  • 400 Kick mix

Set 4:  200m

  • 200 FS as count strokes on 2nd length and then reduce by 1 stroke per additional length. Act:  19, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16, 16

Power Starts:

  • 6 x Block Starts – 3x BK, 3x FS through Breakout and 3 strokes

Swim Down:  200m
