Set 1:  1000

  • 4 x (
    – 150m Stroke on 2:30
    – 50 Fast
    – 50 Easy )  … 2 x FS, 2 x BK (Stroke with fins)

Set 2:  400

  • 8 x 50 Kick

Set 3:

  • 2 x (25 FS Dive Start, 25 easy)
  • 2 x (25 BK Dive Start, 25 easy)

Set 4:

  • 4 x FS Dive + Breakout
  • 4 x BK Dive + Breakout
