  • 100 BK Recovery

  • 2 x 100 Fast on 1:3, swim ~1:20 (act:  1:21, 1:24)
  • 100 BK Recovery

  • 4 x 50 Sprint on 1:30, min strokes, max speed (all 35-36 with totals 70-71)
