EN-1 / Kick:  900 / 200 / 50 recovery

  • 2 x 50 BK Kick
  • 2 x 100 BK on 2:00
  • 5 x 50 BK on 1:05
  • 2 x 50 FS Kick
  • 2 x 100 FS on 1:45
  • 5 x 50 FS on 1:00
  • 50 easy

EN-2:  600 / 50 recovery

  • 3 x 100 BK on 2:00, swim 1:40 or below (act: 1:31, 1:35, 1:34)
  • 50 easy
  • 3 x 100 FS on 1:45, swim 1:25 or below (act:  1:19, 1:21, 1:19)

LAP:  200m

  • 4 x (50 Fast, 100 recovery) on 3:30 – mix FS / BK

Swim Down:  100
