  • 5 x 50 BK on 1:05, desc 1-5 by 1 sec
  • 50 BK Kick
  • 5 x 50 FS on 1:00, desc 1-5 by 1 sec
  • 50 FS Kick

LAP:  200 (recovery 150)

  • 4 x (25 BK Fast, 25 easy) on 1:15
  • 50 easy
  • 4 x (25 FS Fast, 25 easy) on 1:15
    Swim each 4 as (2x build, 2x Fast)

Dive Streamline:

  • 2 x Run Dive Streamline so stop … for max distance
