LAP:  200 (300 Recovery)

  • 4 x (25 FS Fast, 25 easy) on 1:15 2x Build with turn, 2x Fast to touch Fast  act:  16.5 16
  • 50 easy
  • 4 x (25 BK Fast, 25 easy) on 1:15 2x Build with turn, 2x Fast to touch Fast  act:  19  18.5 (again not the best)
  • 50 easy

LaTol for 100:  400  (800 Recovery)

  • 4 x (100 Max, 3 x 50 easy on 1:15) on 6:00
    FS:  1:12  1:14
    BK:  1:26  1:26  (brutal)
  • 200 swim recovery with fins

Race Pace for 50:  100  (300 Recovery) – With 400 of LaTol this wasn’t necessary
