  • 50 FS, 50 BK

EN-1 / Kick:  2050  ( 40 min)

  • 400 FS Fins, every 4th length BK on 30 sec rest  (7min)
  • 2 x 200 BK Fins on 20 sec rest  (7 min)
  • 2 x 200 FS Pull/Paddles on 20 sec rest (7 min)
  • 3 x 100 BK on 2:00, swim <1:45   (6 min)
  • 3 x 100 FS  on 1:45, swim 1:29    (6 min)
  • 5 x 50 FS Fin Kick on 1:00  (7 min)

Swim Down:  150
Total:  2700
