  • 10 x 50m as ( [25 Kick-25 Swim], [25 Swim-25 Kick])
    Each pair of 25’s on 1:00

Set 2: 150’s on 2:45 with fins

  • 4 x (25BK-50FS-25BK-25FS-25BK)
    start to work walls
  • 100 Easy
  • 4 x (25BK-75FS-25BK-25FS)
  • 100 Easy
  • 4 x (25BK-100FS-25BK)

Swim Down:

  • 200 FS Pull with Increased Breathing
    every 4-6-8-10 strokes
  • 3 x (25 Sprint start, 25 easy)
    FL, BK, BR
