Warm Up:

  • 400 Pull Swim Mix
  • 200 Kick mix
  • 400 IM Drill-Swim Mix

Kick:

  • 100 Kick
  • 2 x 50 Kick
  • 4 x (25 Sprint Kick, 25 Easy)
  • 100 Easy

Set 1:

  • 4 x 100 IM on 2:00
    (DB 1:40, 1:39, 1:34, 1:31)
  • 100 Easy

Set 2:

  • 4 x (50 sprint FS, 100 Easy) on 4:00
  • 100 Easy
