  • 4 x 50 IM seq on 15 sec (FL-BK, BK-BR, BR-FS, FL-FS)
  • 50 Easy
  • 2 x 50 Kick (BR, FL)

Swim Down:  200m

  • 8 x 25 FS Pull (8, 10, 12, none – strokes/breath)
