Kick:  200m

  • 4 x 50 Kick mix on 1:15
  • 50 Easy

EN 1/2:  150m

  • 3 x 50 FS on 1:00, desc 1-3 from 42

Race Pace:  600m

  • 200 FS on 3:15 (act 2:58)
  • 400 FS (act 5:50 – a good swim 2:55 at 200m, picked up 2nd 200)

LAP:  200m

  • 4 x (50 FS Fast, 25 Walk back, 25 easy)

Power:  50m

  • 4 x mid-pool to wall blast, easy back

Swim Down:  200m
