Holes in the shallow water sand bottom

Warm Up:  1200m  – 22 min swim out to Hidden Beach and back

EN-1: 1000m

  • 5 x 200m / 3:00+ swims
    including exit and entries at various beach locations

LAP:  150m

  • 6 x shallow water sprint out / deep water sprint in (approx. 30 sec)
    easy swim between

Swim Down:  200m
