  • 7 x 100 FS on 1:45, swim about 1:30
    most around 1:30, desc to 1:26 for the last one

Recov:  200m

Kick:  200m (fins)

LAP:  150m

  • 6 x (25 FS Sprint, 25 Easy) on 1:30

Recov:  200m

Swim Down:  500m
