  • 3 x (25 BK Block Sprint, 25 Easy) on 2:00
    act:  16-17 sec range
  • 2 x (25 FS Block Sprint, 25 Easy) on 2:00
    act:  low 13 range
  • 1 x (25 BR Block Sprint, 25 Easy)

Recov:  300m

  • 300 BK Fins

LAP Kick:  60m

  • 3 x (20m BK Sprint kick, rest of 50 easy)
