Warm Up:  1000m

EN-1:  700m

  • 2 x 200 BK on 3:45
  • 6 x 50 FS on 55 sec
  • 50 Easy

LAP for BK:  200m

  • 8 x (25 BK Sprint, 25 easy) on 2:00, swim 16-17
    alternate Dive / Push start act:  all in about the right range
  • 200 BK Fins RECOV

Power:  100m

  • 8 x (12.5m Dive/Breakout)
    4x BK, 4x FS

Swim Down:  600m
