Race Pace for 50 FS:  50m

  • 25 FS on 25 sec, swim 13
  • 25 FS, swim 14
  • 150 easy

Race Pace for 50 BR:  50m

  • 25 BR on 35, swim 18 (act:  17)
  • 25 BR, swim 19

Swim Down:  600m
