Warm Up:

  • 800 IM reverse order as Drill Swim

Set 1:

  • 200 FS IM
  • 4 x 25 FL Fast on 1:00
  • 300 FS IM
  • 4 x 50 BK Fast on 1:15
  • 400 FS IM
  • 4 x 75 BR Fast on 1:45
    (FS IM is FS-BK-BR-FS)

Set 2:

  • 8 x 100 IM on 2:15 as
    2x FL Fast, easy BK-BR-FS
    2x BK cross-ankle drag – rest easy
    2x BR kick only arms at side – rest easy
    2x FS double kick – rest easy
