  • 4 x 50 FS on 1:00, swim 41 (Act:  40.6, 40.7, 41.1, 41.5)


EN-2 FS PACING: 1800m
This set was a bit of a mess.
Watch restart didn’t work for the first 100, so I started again.
For the 250m repeat, after 50m a lovely old bitty was standing in my lane. So I stopped and restarted the 250
From then on, I wasn’t able to hold 41 pace.
Last 400 was Pull.
