Clippers Masters session (with some stroke rate work with Cliff)

Warm Up:  600m

EN-1:  1000m

  • 2 x 200 FS Pull on 3:15
  • 100 BK on 2:00
  • 2 x 200 FS on 3:15

Recovery:  200m

EN-2:  750m

  • 4 x 50 FS on 1:00, descend … increase stroke rate
  • 3 x 50 FS on 1:00, descend … increase stroke rate
  • 200 FS at 35 cycles/min or 70 strokes/min
    HR >170
  • 50 easy
  • 200 FS at 33 cycles/min or 66 strokes/min
    HR 150
    aim for 35 cycles/min over he next few weeks in openwater

Swim Down:  500m
