Collingwood early morning

Warm Up:

  • 400 Swim mix
  • 300 as half length scull, half length not FS swim
  • 200 Pull mix
  • 100 Kick

Set 1:

  • 10 x 50 on 1:30
    Stroke Count + Time (66-71)
    use push-offs, UW dolphin and streamline to drop total

Set 2:

  • 8 x 100 FS on 1:45
    6-sec Pulse at end … aim for 10-13 count (act 16-14)

Swim Down:  400 mix
