EN-2: 500m

  • 2 x 50 FS on 60
  • 50 FS on 55
  • 50 FS on 50
  • 50 FS on 45
    GO on 60  –  60  –  55  –  45  –  30
  • 50 easy
  • repeat

Recovery:  200 BK

EN-2:  500

  • 2 x 100 FS on 1:45
  • 100 FS on 1:40
  • 100 FS on 1:35
  • 100 FS on 1:30
    GO on 60  –  45  –  25  –  60  –  30
