  • 5 x 100 BK on 2:00
  • 2 x (25 Scull with Kick, 25 swim)
  • 8 x (25 IM, 25 FS) on 1:15 (cut down rest next time)
  • 3 x 100 FS on 1:45 (1x Pull), last one 1:17
