First workout of the 2014 Sprint season preparation leading to Worlds in Montreal.
With so much down time since November, this Season is starting off with a 9 week
General Aerobic Preparation Phase.

Warm Up:  600m

EN-1 / Kick / Recov:  (500m)

  • 3 x 50 FS on 1:00
  • 50 FS Kick
  • 3 x 50 BK on 1:05
  • 50 BK Kick
  • 100 IM
  • 50 Easy

LAP:  (200m, 200m Recov)

  • 4 x (25 FS Sprint, 25 Recov) on 1:30
  • 50 Easy
  • 4 x (25 BK Sprint, 25 Recov) on 1:30
  • 50 Easy

Power: (50m, 50m Recov)

  • 4 x (12.5m Blast Kick, easy rest of 25)

Swim Down:  200m

Total Work:  1000 + 800 WU/SD
