  • 200 easy

Race Pace for 50 BK:  50m

  • 25 BK on 30, swim 15 (act:  16)
  • 25 BK,swim 16  (act:  16)
  • 150 easy

Race Pace for 50 FS:  50m

  • 25 FS on 25, swim 13
  • 25 FS, swim 14
    (had to be push)

Race Pace for 50 BR  50m

  • 25 BR on 30, swim 17
  • 25 BR, swim 18
    (had to be push)
