  • 4 x 50 FS on 50 sec
  • 200 Kick
  • 4 x 50 Kick on 1:10
  • 200 BR
  • 4 x 50 BR Kick

Main Set: Breaststroke

  • 10 x 50 BR Drill
    25 BR 3-2-1 count, 25 BR 2-Breathing, 2-Not Breathing
  • 10 x 25 BR with Paddles and Dolphin kick
  • 4 x 100 BR
    #1 reduce stroke count by 1 on last 25
    #2 reduce SC 1 on last 2 25’s
    #3 reduce SC 1 on last 3 25’s
    #4 reduce SC 1 on full 100
  • 4 x 100 BR with fins and Dolphin Kick on 2:15

Swim Down:  200m
