Set 1: 600m (100 Easy)

  • 6 x 50 on 1:00
    as (1x Fast, 1x Build)
  • 6 x (25 Fast, 25 Build)
  • 100 Easy

Set 2: 800m (400 Easy)

4 x Through:

  • 50 Kick on 1:05
  • 100 Swim on 1:45
  • 50 Kick on 1:05
  • 100 Easy
    * Add Kick/Swim/Kick time – aim for <3:00
    * #1/3 FS, #2/4 BK
