decent swell and a dumping shore break

Warm Up:  600m

EN-1:  1800m

  • 3 x 500m segments
  • 300 m segment long and smooth

LAP:  300m

  • 3 times through:
    – run in off the beach
    – swim out through the waves to approx. 75m
    – 30 sec rest
    – swim back through the waves
    – run up the beach
    – 90 sec rest

Swim Down:  400m
