Warm Up:  1000m

Race Pace:  1000m  – Time as a separate session

  • Start at rock groin end
  • Run in
  • Swim out 150, over 200, in 150
  • Run out and 30m on beach
  • Run in
  • Swim out 100m, over 200m in 200m
  • Run out and up beach
    I’ll be thrilled if the Garmin was accurate on this Race Sim – I think the actual distance might be a bit less … but all in the right ballpark.

Recovery:  500m

  • easy swim, mix back

Swim Down:  400m
