Noosa Beach – Aerobic Session
Not exactly the conditions for a ‘gentle’ aerobic session. Wind was very strong from the North.
The swell was big and the shore breaks were spread over a big zone.
It was quite a blast heading out to Little Cove swimming up and over such huge swell. Naturally faster coming back.
Swimming cross swell to the groin and back was a bit harder … but lots of that could be part of both the 1000 and tri 1500.
Missed the out leg of the first run-in.
