Bad choice of training location – the swell wasn’t as big as last Monday, but the ocean was way more ‘messy’.
Tweaked my R shoulder trying to clear my head enough to breathe and sight.

Warm Up:  600m

Recovery:  200m

EN-2:  1000m

  • 250 at 1:30/100 Pace @ 70 strokes/min
  • 20 sec rest
  • 250 at 1:30/100 Pace
  • 300 recovery
  • 250m at 1:30/100 pace
  • 20 sec rest
  • 250 at 1:30/100 pace


LAP:  200m

  • once through – run-in sprint out and  back with 30 sec rest out deep

Swim Down:  400m
