- 100 FS Pull, 100 BK
- 100 FS, 100 BK
EN-1: 1100m
- 4 x (50 FS, 50 BK) on 10 sec after FS
- 100 FS Pull with Paddles
- 100 FS Pull
- 2 x 100 FS
- 3 x 100 FS on 1:40, swim @ 70 Strokes/min
act: 1:23, 1:27, 1:28 … too fast for the first one
Swim Down: 400m
