Recovery: 400m

  • 100 BK
  • 100 FS Paddles
  • 100 BK
  • 100 FS Pull Paddles

EN-2:  500m

  • 5 x 100 FS on 1:40, swim 1:30 @ 70 strokes per min

Swim Down:  500m

  • 200 FS Pull with variable breathing
